It has been great honor for being served by Jack. Jack has provided competitive offer among all the battery installers at the beginning, then he guided me on my meter board upgrade for compliance requirements, and secured a timely installation date and great installer-Kiran. The 42kwh Fox ESS battery and 9.9kw hybrid inverter work so well with a three hour free power plan, the power bill is not reduced to zero.
Great service, excellent communication. I bought a 42kWh Foxess battery with 10kW inverter, went with Sunselect because they were one of the few installers with capacity pre-May. Pricing was also very competitive, with partial backup included. Ended up being installed mid-March. Delivered on their promises, including refunding part of the cable costs when the required cable run was shorter than the original quote.
