After Service I had problems with the data logger connection as I had my modem changed. Hayden was patient and extremely helpful in helping me to get this fixed. First problem with our unit in nearly two years. Hayden and his perseverance helped me get connection quickly. FYI due to changes and upgrades if your connection drops out, firstly check your user name and password do not have any characters as this will not connect since the system upgrades. We purchased our sunselect system just before Christmas 2023. They worked real hard to get our installation completed before Christmas. The installation went well, the weather was unkind and we had to postpone once. We have had a couple of bills since then and we are saving around $500 a quarter. We are big users. We will get our money back in under 2 years. Really happy with our solution and the provider

Sunselect beat every other quote I received. I was able to choose the exact panels and inverter brand I wanted at a great price. [Name Removed] was very patient and helpful during the initial planning stage. Upon signing the contract, Sunselect arranged approval with Ausgrid which was sorted within days. [Names Removed] from the install team then worked with me to arrange a very prompt install within 3 weeks (it would have been sooner only i didn’t have the keys to the house yet). On install day the team arrived when they said they would and worked all day to complete the job. They liaised with me every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied with the install. Overall I can not fault Sunselect from start to finish. I am already producing over 70kwh/ day in the middle of winter. Couldn’t be happier.

Sun Select had one of the best offers available. Booking for installation was done within a week. Sub-contractors that came out were also professional and did a quick job considering there was rain in the morning. Logan from the sales team assisted with creating the multiple quotes I had in mind. He was also helpful in working through the panel options. Also mentioned that batteries may not be a best fit due to the price & payback which was helpful and confirmed by a mate. The main reason I went with Sunselect was the offer & straightforwardness of Logan & team. Michael from Installs helped sort out the final paperwork from the sub-contractor & requests to the energy company. My chief concern was installers warranty (60 months offered) mainly as a relatives’ house had rain damage due to tiles and subsequently plasterboard ceiling damage due to the rain. There was multiple back & forth and eventually the issue was not fixed. In my circumstance, only time will tell. Only downside was the consistent calling, but that was the same across all Solar providers. Advice would be to only engage once you’re certain to start the process. I can’t count the number of calls, texts & emails from the several companies I contacted! Like any other purchase, always corroborate quotes with third parties/mates outside. Don’t be pressured to sign/deposit. I found https://www.solarquotes.com.au/ to be a great resource which was a great resource not aligned with any seller.

Excellent product..Have been using Solar sice 2020 now...Jack has been very thorough in explaining all my queries at the start and followed up till the installation and also called few times to find out if everything is going well.so yeah all together its great product.

We all had all sorts of things and those issues from seller or resellers etc. To be fair I was cautious with solar panels reseller\installers. The more I read off the internet the more I was scared and worried if I was going to be the next victim. Threading slowly and with all guards open, I am glad I finally did meet someone who had my interest in place. Price was not the factor although they were so much cheaper than others. The day I said yes, paperwork just flowed in one after another. Before I could breathe the installer was here at my house inspecting. My confidence just grew so much more as the installer they use or should I say got was so switched on. I am a technician myself and can be more than critical at times. I can say I could not fault him much. He was right in all the ways. So having said this all, you can decide why I choose these people over others any time now. I have since introduce my other friends of mine to them after they had failed installed in the past. Well done and thank you to the team that made this too easy for me and not to forget it came under what I had budgeted with some savings.

Jacob was the initial point of contact and kept me informed along the way. Install was booked for a Wednesday on the day it rained and couldn’t be done but the job was followed up and completed the following Wednesday. I had spare tiles but none were broken so they were not required. Overall satisfied with the job. I struggled with signing the electronic documents but Jacob helped me through.

Shane was most courteous in preparing and presenting my quotation to install a 6kw solar panel system to my single story home, after acceptance of the quote/ contract, the installation was carried out three weeks later by Henry and his assisting trades person. They did a great job were very efficient and completed the process in a timely manner. We are now waiting on Western Power to complete the connection to their service.
